Terms of Service

GradsHQ is a navigation and preparation tool for graduate-school applicants. It helps you discover programmes and scholarships, understand how your profile aligns with them, and organise your search — scoped to the countries you choose.

GradsHQ is not an application-submission agency, a visa agency, a university, or a scholarship provider, and it does not guarantee admission or funding of any kind. Fit and eligibility scores are signals based on your profile and publicly available criteria — never a promise of an outcome.

You remain fully responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for verifying programme and scholarship details against official sources before relying on them, and for the accuracy and submission of every application you make. GradsHQ labels information it can't verify as such — treat unverified details as a starting point for your own research, not a final answer.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Don't share your login, and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.

Don't use GradsHQ to submit false information on your own or anyone else's behalf, to scrape or bulk-extract data from the service, to attempt to bypass plan limits, or to interfere with the service's normal operation.

Free and Premium plans differ in target-country limits and feature depth, as described on the Pricing page. Premium billing details apply once paid plans are available for purchase.

GradsHQ is under active development. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product evolves. We'll aim to communicate meaningful changes clearly.

You can stop using GradsHQ at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.

GradsHQ is provided “as is.” While we work to keep programme, scholarship, and eligibility information accurate and clearly labelled, we can't guarantee the completeness or accuracy of externally-sourced data, and we're not liable for admissions or funding decisions made by third-party institutions.
